Product Inspection Period
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Reason for Return and Photos." Once we receive the request, we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Return and Exchange Policy
The returned product must be unused, free from any human-induced stains or damages, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day after receiving the product. Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period.
Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted
● Returned products must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unused, and kept in their original packaging, including the product itself, accessories, inner and outer packaging, accompanying documents, and gifts.
● Exceeding the 7-day inspection period
● Damage caused by human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, or wear and tear
● Malicious or excessive returns
● Personal subjective reasons, such as: "I don't like it" or "I didn't check the details carefully before purchasing."
Return Process
Contact us ⮕ Confirm return/exchange details ⮕ Prepare the complete product ⮕ Ship it back (shipping cost covered by the customer) ⮕ Once we receive it, we will process the refund immediately.
Refund Policy
For credit card payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment card.
