All orders will be shipped within 2-30 days.

HCT Logistics (Taiwan Domestic Shipping): Orders typically arrive 1-2 days after shipment.

7-11 Store Pickup (Taiwan): For example, if your order is shipped on the 15th, it is expected to arrive at the designated store by the 17th-18th. A notification SMS will be sent by the 7-11 system. Please check your messages and pick up the package within 7 days of arrival. When picking up, you must present an ID matching the recipient's name (e.g., ID card, health insurance card, driver’s license). If the package is not collected within the time limit, a reshipping fee of 60 NTD will be charged.

Hong Kong (HK):Orders will be shipped via 7-11 EC-Ship. If the package is not collected within the time limit, a reshipping fee of 70 HKD will be charged.

International Shipping: Orders to Macau (MO), the United States (US), and other regions will be shipped via EMS.

If the recipient's information is incomplete, the phone number or email is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, or if shipping is delayed due to natural disasters, system maintenance, inventory checks, factory restocking, or other unforeseen issues, the shipping time will be extended accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.

Once a package is shipped, if it is returned due to incorrect recipient information, failure to receive, or no one available at the delivery address, the recipient will need to pay for reshipping.

Delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival times depend on local courier schedules. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, so if you are purchasing for a gift, traveling abroad, or have urgent timing needs, please plan accordingly and understand the potential risks.

For 7-11 store pickup, a notification SMS will be sent when the package arrives. However, if you have blocked business messages from your telecom provider or have not powered on your phone for an extended period, you may not receive the notification.

In cases of natural disasters, force majeure events, or store closures (such as weekends or special circumstances), additional business days may be required for your package to arrive at the designated 7-11 store.
